• 10cm external hollow block wall.

• 5cm thermal insulation.

• For basement walls and foundation:
  A complete tanking waterproofing system.

• For water tanks:
  Cementitious crystalline waterproofing system, alkali resistant.

 Plumbing

• European polypropylene for embedded pipes inside the residences.

• UPVC pipes for drainage and sewage.

• Water meter for each Villa to measure water consumption.

 Ventilation

• Laundry Room:
  Equipped with a special exhaust fan.

• Bathrooms:
  All bathrooms are equipped with silent multi speed exhaust fans.

 Electrical

• European electrical wiring accessories: Bticcino or equivalent.

• Back up power :synchronized soundproof European assembly generators.

• Wires and cables: Liban Cables.

• Earthing system for all equipment and socket outlets.

• Colored videophone system.

• Lightning protection system.

• Surge protection on main incomers.

• Collective antenna TV system for local and satellite selected TV channels.
